Haulier information

FOR HAULIERS  NeedAload is an ideal way to find a load when you need one, it enables you to maximise the use of your vehicles and prevent costs from overtaking earnings. Plus, you only have to deal with one company for all instructions, invoicing, payments and assistance.

You do not need to register to view the loads available. Just tell us where you want to go from and to and NeedAload will give you a choice of loads available in order of most suitable for you.

NeedAload is simple to use;

• Click on 'Search For Load'
• Click on the place you want to load from
• The radius will default to 50 miles, you may amend this as required
• Click on run search

Any available loads will be shown in a list, if there are no loads available you will be advised of this.

• If any of the loads look suitable and you would like further information please make a note of the reference number and either telephone if between 8am and 6pm or if out of hours please press the Contact Us button and send us an email.
• If you are a new user you will be asked to supply some business details. Only bona fide hauliers who can satisfy CTS of their capability to provide an adequate service will be given work.
• Once CTS has the necessary information, you will be told the rate for the job.
• If you accept the job, the collection and delivery addresses plus any other required details will be given to you together with any other information about contacts at CTS and what to do in the event of any problems.
• On completion, invoice to CTS within 7 days with the POD attached. We will process your invoice. Payment is 30 days after the month of delivery unless by prior arrangement.
