FOR CUSTOMERS NeedAload is a simple, quick and efficient way for you to advertise loads to every haulier in the country whilst only having to deal with one company.</p>

Once we have contracted for a load, CTS takes full responsibility for its collection and delivery and for controlling the movement from start to finish.</p>

NeedAload is simple to use:</p>

If you are a new customer you will be asked to register; this is designed to protect the web page from misuse. Please <a href="/accounts/needaload-registration/">click here</a> to register.</li>

Once registered posting a new load is simple; Click on <a href="/needaload/add-load/">add a load</a> for further details. No rates are shown on the web site, this information is retained on the webmaster file.</li>

When registering you will be able to select your own user name and password, you will then be able to enter any work you have, amend it or delete loads as required.</li>
</ul>

Your load or loads will then be posted on the site, but your identity and the rate will not be revealed. We will deal with any haulier enquiries and we will advise you when the loads have been allocated. Work is only allocated to know and pre-registered hauliers. At this point if the work is accepted by the haulier, the contract is established between CTS and you as a customer.</li>

NeedAload will then amend your entry accordingly by either deleting the load from the database if the total quantity has been accepted, or by reducing the quantity shown by the amount accepted by CTS.</li>

CTS will invoice you for the load at the rate agreed once proof of satisfactory delivery has been received from the haulier.</li>
